Shipping & Delivery Policy — GMA Supply Co.

At GMA Supply Co., many items are printed or decorated after your order is placed. We work with independent production and shipping partners to make and deliver your merchandise.

Where we ship
We can accept orders only for destinations made available during checkout. If a location is not available in checkout, we are not currently offering shipping to that destination. Products can have different destination restrictions.

Order production and delivery estimates
Production and transit times depend on the product, design, selected provider, destination, and carrier. Production begins after the order is accepted by the production partner; shipping transit is additional. The estimated timing displayed at checkout or in shipping updates is our best available estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. We will contact you if we learn an order cannot ship within the time promised or otherwise required by law, and offer the legally required choices concerning a delay or refund.

Shipping charges and multiple parcels
Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Because different products can be manufactured by different partners, a single order may arrive in several packages, on different dates, and with more than one tracking number. Applicable shipping rates can be combined for orders fulfilled from different locations; ordering multiple products does not automatically guarantee one shipping charge.

Tracking and delivery
When tracking becomes available, we will provide it through the contact information and notifications you selected at checkout. Some orders may be shipped in separate parcels. Review the carrier's tracking page for the latest delivery updates.

Shipping address
Please check the complete shipping address before placing an order. If you spot an error, contact us immediately at support@granitemodels.store with your order number. Corrections may be possible before fulfillment begins, but cannot be guaranteed once an order enters production or ships.

International orders
When an international destination is available at checkout, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply according to destination rules and the shipping arrangement shown at checkout. Any amounts not collected at checkout may be payable to the carrier or customs authority. We will not describe orders as "duty-free" unless the actual shipping method confirms that.

If a package is late, missing, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, please see our Delivery & Receiving Problems and Returns & Refunds policies, or email support@granitemodels.store. Customers retain any rights provided by applicable consumer law.
